Non-puerperal uterine inversion caused by a leiomyoma

Uterine inversion is characterized by the invagination of fundus uterus through vagina. It’s a rare postpartum complication leading to massive bleeding and it’s extremely in non-puerperal cases. Non-puerperal uterine caused tumors exerting force on uterus, turning inside out. It most frequently associated with benign such as submucosal leiomyomas however, malignant can also be associated. We reported case 43-year-old women, G1P1, who was admitted at emergency department for vaginal prolapsed mass. A pelvic MRI performed revealing complete probably due submucous myoma or process. She underwent total abdominal hysterectomy bilateral salpingectomy both natural way. Pathological study revealed degenerating leiomyoma. The patient recovered well from operation no complications.
